This item is not returnable, but if the item arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement if you notify us at returns@myspicebuds.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
