Tangy Tomato Snack

Prep Time: 15 minutes Serves: 4
What you’ll need:
4 plum tomatoes washed
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup finely chopped sweet onion
4 teaspoons Super Mirchi Hot Sauce (more if you like spicier)
Salt to taste
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place them on two plates or a large platter.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the carrot, onion, and the hot sauce.
Mix well and spoon the mixture equally on top of all the tomato slices and enjoy this tasty snack!
