Super Mirchi Yogurt Dip

Cool, creamy, and great with grilled veggies or as a spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Super Mirchi

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • Chopped dill, for garnish (optional)

Directions
Add the yogurt, Super Mirchi, lemon juice, and salt to a bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust with more Super Mirchi as needed. Garnish with dill, if using. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving with veggies, chips, or as a spread.
