Super Mirchi Corn & Cucumber Salad

A fresh, zippy salad with sweet corn, cool cucumber, and the bright, herby kick of Super Mirchi.
What you'll need:
3 cups corn kernels, fresh or frozen
1 large cucumber, diced
1/4 cup Super Mirchi Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
How to make it:
Cook the corn if needed. If using fresh corn, grill until lightly charred, then cut the kernels off the cob. If using frozen corn, cook according to package directions, then grill briefly until lightly charred.
Add the corn and cucumber to a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Super Mirchi, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Pour over salad and toss well to coat.
Serve right away or chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
