Mirchi Munch Bites

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4–6 (as an appetizer/snack) 

What you'll need:
12 crackers (or pita chips)
 4 tbsp Tangy Mirchi
4 tbsp Fiery Mirchi
½ cup diced sweet onion
½ cup diced tomato
Garnish: Sev or roasted pumpkin seeds 

  1. Arrange 12 crackers (or pita chips) on a serving plate.

  2. Spoon 1 teaspoon each of Tangy Mirchi and Fiery Mirchi onto each cracker.

  3. Sprinkle with diced sweet onion and tomato.

  4. Garnish with Indian Sev or roasted pumpkin seeds.
