What you'll need:
2 petit avocados or 1 large avocado
1 small sweet onion, peeled and diced
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon Super Mirchi Hot Sauce
Salt to taste
1. Cut the avocado in half using a sharp knife and be sure to remove the pit by scooping it out with a spoon or cutting it out with a knife. Then, scoop out the avocado with a spoon and cut into smaller chunks.
2. In a salad bowl, mix the onion, cucumber, tomato, avocados, and hot sauce. Salt to taste and serve.
